Hp Probook Network Adapter Not Working. Wifi adapter not showing up, hp laptop can only connect to internet thru ethernet my hp laptop (using windows 10) has been having trouble recently. The only device in my network adapters in device manager is intel(r) 82579v gigabit network connection, ive tried updating drivers and nothing will work.

Turns out an hp dongle will work, something i do not have access to, so instead i swapped out the hard drives to laptops with functional ethernet ports, imaged, then reinstalled the hard drives. The screen and pc does not seem to even notice a connection but the dvi cable works just fine.
